Operation Instructions for Mudanjiang Reverse Osmosis Equipment
The operation and protective flushing steps of the reverse osmosis device can be automatically carried out,and the time setting and flow rate of each process should be adjusted appropriately according to the following points.
1.Water production
The initial set value of the inlet pressure of the high-pressure pump is 0.05Mpa,and appropriate adjustments should be made according to the site conditions during operation.
2.Protective flushing
Set a sufficient time for the concentrated water in the shutdown RO device to completely flush out,with a preset time of 5 minutes.
