【Equipment Overview】The rotary grid cleaning machine is a new type of mechanical grid cleaning equipment,which integrates a trash rack and a cleaning machine into a continuous cleaning device.Based on the trash rack,the cleaning rake is driven by a rotating chain around the rack to achieve the purpose of intercepting and cleaning.Used for intercepting and automatically removing particles and suspended solids in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment,usually located behind coarse mechanical grids.
The rotary grille cleaning machine is divided into two types:stainless steel mesh teeth and non-metallic teeth.Driven by the motor reducer,the rake chain is driven by sprocket transmission to perform rotary motion.When the rake teeth move to the upper part of the equipment,relative motion occurs between each set of rake teeth due to the guidance of the guide wheels and curved rails.Most solid materials fall down by gravity,while another part can be washed clean by the reverse movement of the rotating brush shaft,which can remove debris stuck to the rake teeth of the rotary grid cleaning machine.
