Main institutions and working principles
The sand water separator consists of a driving device,a spiral body,a water tank,a U-shaped groove,a lining strip,and other components.The sand water separator body consists of a sand water separation tank and a spiral sand conveying tank.
1.Main structure
The driving device adopts a shaft mounted reducer and a spiral shaft directly connected.
The gear is made of alloy steel,treated with carburizing,and the tooth surface hardness is not less than HRC58-62.The motor should be suitable for outdoor use,with a protection level of IP65,a voltage level of three-phase,380v,50Hz,and F-class insulation.The rated power of the motor should be more than 10%higher than the actual power consumption.
?、芓he diameter of the spiral shaft isΦ280mm,and a shaftless spiral is used.
The spiral sand conveying groove has a U-shaped cross-section with a diameter of 320mm and an installation angle of about 25°.Except for the open feeding port,all other parts are sealed with flat covers and are detachable.The upper end is equipped with a discharge port,which is about 1.75m above the ground.
The discharge port of the spiral conveyor trough is at least 300mm higher than the top of the separator trough.
The spiral sand conveying tank and water tank are an integral structure with sufficient strength and rigidity,and there is no leakage.The overall structure is supported and fixed on a concrete foundation by steel sections.
2.Working principle
The sand water mixture from the sedimentation tank enters the sand water separation tank for sand water separation.The water overflows from the tank and the sand settles to the bottom of the tank.
